If you want to add a simple updating cam like this one its real easy. All you need is a program called "ConquerCam" Download HERE. Very easy to set up and its FREE if you don't mind a text on screen saying something like demo version or pay for it $19.95. When you display the image on your site you can ether set the page refresh to the same time as the update time you set the program to or what I do is have a small script file to refresh just the image on the page, this is the best way.
